Project Coordinator / Junior PM Role
We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator/Junior PM to join our delivery team, working on live hotel and hospitality refurbishment projects.
This is a hands-on role supporting project delivery across contracts, procurement, documentation and project tracking. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing subcontractor contracts, purchase orders and RFIs;
* Maintaining project documentation registers and document control systems;
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety problem-solving being close to site activity in a fast-paced construction environment.
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction fitout or interior projects;
2. Strong organisational communication skills comfortable with Excel project tools and document control systems*
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Contract Administrator Project Coordinator or similar role be able to read drawings understand scopes of work possess excellent attention-to-detail strong analytical skills build effective relationships internally externally manage competing priorities meet deadlines maintain confidentiality.
