Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their Sales and Production team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders from start to finish and personalising product orders.
The role involves preparing sales quotes and proposals, assisting the sales team with client communication, tracking orders to ensure deadlines are met, database management for client files, liaising with suppliers in relation to production of orders, developing mail outs and E-blasts to generate new and repeat business, managing ad-hoc sales queries (web & phone enquiries), dispatching daily customer orders, and performing other administration tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Outstanding communication skills
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent customer service
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
