The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across SMB and mid -market segments. The role primarily focuses on inbound leads, where you will engage prospective customers, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how a broad SaaS product suite can address their operational and growth needs.


This position requires strong consultative selling capabilities, relationship -building skills, and the ability to guide prospects through a structured and value -driven sales journey.


1. Manage inbound leads efficiently, ensuring prompt follow -ups and structured lead nurturing through the sales funnel.


2. Engage with prospects and trial users to assess requirements, buying intent, and decision -making processes.


3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, particularly within mid -market and larger accounts.


4. Conduct high -impact product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer -specific business needs.


5. Own the end -to -end sales cycle, from lead qualification through deal closure.


6. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility using CRM tools, tracking progress at each stage.


7. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to ensure seamless handovers and superior customer experience.


8. Act as a customer advocate by coordinating internally to address specific business requirements and solution alignment.


9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position solutions.


10. Participate in customer meetings, partner interactions, and industry events as required to support business growth.




Requirements
11. 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within software or SaaS environments.


12. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


13. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and consultative selling skills.


14. Prior experience selling SaaS solutions such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, HRMS, or business productivity platforms is preferred.


15. Comfortable working independently in a distributed or hybrid sales environment.


16. Hands -on experience with CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.


17. Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, events, and relationship building.
