Your day-to-day includes:
Managing your portfolio while fostering and maintaining excellent landlord and tenant relationships.
Overseeing lease renewals, maintenance and rent increases and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Effectively advertising and marketing vacant rentals.>
What we're looking for:
Minimum
2 years' experience
in Property Management with a
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration WA
.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least 100 properties.
Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
Experience with
PropertyMe
is preferred – but training will be provided.
A proactive, team-oriented approach and passion for the industry.

Current Driver's Licence
