As a
Senior D365 Application Developer
, your work will contribute to systems relied on by teams—and communities—across Australia.
You'll join a supportive, multi‑disciplinary team delivering modern Microsoft solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.
About the role
You'll work across the full development lifecycle—planning, design, build, testing and deployment—delivering robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Your focus will be on configuring, customising and supporting
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
and
Power Platform
applications, including both model‑driven and canvas apps. You'll work extensively with
Dataverse
, building entities, workflows, business rules, security roles and integrations to support customer‑facing and internal services.
The role also involves:
* Developing custom components such as plugins, workflows and JavaScript integrations
* Building and managing integrations using REST APIs, SharePoint and Power BI
* Contributing to data migration, reporting and solution optimisation
* Working closely with testers, designers and delivery leads to meet sprint and project timeframes
* Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation
* Using Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus or Functions as part of broader solutions
You'll be part of a highly collaborative agile team where quality, clarity and shared outcomes matter.
About you You're an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building well‑designed solutions. You are confident working independently but value collaboration and clear communication.
You'll bring:
* Strong hands‑on experience with
Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM)
development and configuration
* Deep knowledge of
Dataverse
, including tables, forms, relationships, views, security and business rules
* Experience with customisations such as plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Web APIs and solution management
* Practical experience with
Power Apps
,
Power Pages
and
Power Automate
* Exposure to
Azure integration technologies
and data migration activities
* A solid understanding of agile delivery and application lifecycle management
Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, PCF components or third‑party D365 tools will be highly regarded.
