* Manage a caseload of clients providing return-to-work assistance/case management across Perth Metro
* Complete ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
* Documentation and report writing

Who we are
Custodian Work Assist is a workplace rehabilitation provider with offices in WA and NT. We are accredited with WorkCoverWA, NT WorkSafe and Comcare. We specialise in return-to-work services for Workers' Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance schemes. We aim high, stay humble, and keep people at the centre of everything we do.
We're part of the HealthEx Group, working closely with Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, Verde Nutrition Co and Rapport Psychology. Across Australia, we're a team of over 190 allied health professionals committed to quality, integrity, and making a real difference.
About you
* Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Chiropractic or Nursing
* Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
* Experience in workplace rehabilitation is not essential but will be viewed favourably
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
