Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a valued Construction Labourer, your core duties will include:
* Manual handling, lifting, and moving materials.
* Site clean-up, preparation, and general tidiness.
* Assisting qualified tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks.
* Safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
* Collaborating effectively with team members and site supervisors.
* Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all your work.
Essential Requirements to Apply
We are looking for proactive Labourers who meet the following criteria:
* Valid White Card (Mandatory).
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport (Mandatory) to get to various sites.
* Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
* A strong, practical, and hands-on approach to work.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to follow site directions.
Highly Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience in the commercial or residential construction industry.
* Any additional tickets (e.g., EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space).
