Office Administration / Accounts Assistant

We have the space for a new team member and we are excited for the prospect of a new office administrator who also completes basic accounts duties
- competent in completing a variety of office duties (you will be trained)
- competent in basic accounting clerical work (we'll show you this too)
- able to give solid and accurate instructions to our signage installers (the guys)
- excellent in monitoring factory storage (administrative)
- attentive to detail
- efficient and transparent in completing duties
- confident & comfortable in reporting well to management
**We'd love you to be**:
- self -motivated & punctual (come10 minutes early, not be 5 minutes late)
- hard working & committed to the team
- passionate about our business (like we are)
- happy to get sweaty sometimes, as warehouse work and physical handling will be required (boxes, lightweight materials)
- willing to assist within all areas of the business if a situation arises
- a non-smoker (preferable but not essential)
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- assisting the manager (female) directly with administration duties
- assisting the manager (female) in accounts clerical work including invoicing & bills
- respond in the fastest possible time frame to client requests
- receiving & coordinating advertising material orders for the 2-weekly installation 'run' period (you will be trained)
- receive and dispatch all relevant advertising material in a timely and accurate manner
- ensure accurate and organised storage of all relevant advertising material (this requires some light physical handling)
- provide accurate and useful feedback to the signage installers in Toolbox meetings every 2 weeks (the guys)
- onsite auditing of some signage installers every 2 weeks (again, training provided)
- data entry into Excel and specialised industry programs (easy to navigate)
**Your Practical Requirements look like**:
- a year 12 certificate
- prior administration experience
