3D Recruitment is seeking an upper tier level Contract Administrator to join a hugely successful commercial builder, working on leisure centres, aged care developments, hospitals, schools and other community builds up to $60m.

The Role
* Communicate with all stakeholders – Site team, architects & sub‐contractors
* Submit RFIs, progress claims & documentation
* Attend site meetings and create financial reports
* Negotiate with trades
* Vet & let sub‐contractor agreements
* Mitigate risk for the head contractor, client and sub‐contractor fairly
* Commit time to value‐engineer and offer different construction methods to suit program, budget and overall project
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a CA delivering relevant commercial projects between $15m – $60m across diverse sectors
* Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple construction software platforms
* Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors across Victoria
* Work with like‐minded individuals who value good humour & an easy‐going work environment with a common goal of success
