About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Member Services to lead our Member Services division. This pivotal role is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing program delivery, ensuring exceptional member engagement, and driving continuous improvement across all member-facing operations.
You will lead a high-performing team, foster strong industry relationships, and ensure that services are delivered to the highest standard—aligned with Agsafe's mission and values. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Member Services team.
* Drive national member engagement initiatives, ensuring responsiveness to member needs.
* Oversee service delivery, including training, program management, and facilitator logistics.
* Foster strong relationships with members, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
* Lead digital transformation and systems optimisation to improve service efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, governance, and data privacy standards.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and strategic program planning.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture.

You are a skilled leader with proven experience in program, operations, or client engagement management. You excel in stakeholder relationships, strategic planning, and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
