This role will provide operational support across SharePoint Online (SPO) and related Microsoft 365 platforms, working within a collaborative Digital Workspaces team.
The successful candidate will secure an initial contract until June 2026 with extension options, offering stability and the chance to develop technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
The Junior SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing and resolving BAU incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Administering SharePoint permissions and access controls in line with governance standards.
Configuring and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists according to approved models.
Supporting compliance and remediation activities, including audits and reporting.
Contributing to continuous improvement through enhancements, SOP updates, and user guidance.
The Junior SharePoint Administrator will have experience in the following: Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint Online fundamentals, including permissions and site configuration.
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for SPO-related issues.
Effective communication skills to engage with business users and technical teams.
Experience using ITSM tools for incident management and ticket resolution.
