This role requires a collaborative, empathetic, and safety-first leadership style, coupled with the ability to engage at all levels - from field crews and operations to Councillors, Advisory Committee members, and state regulators.

The ability to build a culture of high performance and safety, lead diverse teams with authenticity and empathy, and shape a sustainable future for essential infrastructure in a growing region is essential.
