* Manage sales enquiries and book appointments
* Coordinate customer schedules, deposits, and sales invoices/quotes
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in customer service and office administration
* Proficient in Apple Mac, data entry, PDF, Excel, and communication skills
* Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, receipts)
* Typing speed of 60wpm for high volume sales leads
