The business has just won the ANZ tender, is driving significant change across systems and leadership, and is looking for a commercially minded Director to set direction, elevate capability, and lead performance. The Role You’ll sit at the table with the Managing Director of Residential Valuations and take responsibility for shaping and leading a team of 100 across NSW & ACT. While a valuations background is useful, the real priority is leadership, growth mindset, and commercial acumen. Build the structure, culture and performance framework of the residential valuations function Lead client relationships with banks, lawyers, and accounting firms Ensure delivery excellence and consistency across a high-volume, high-profile portfolio Drive commercial outcomes with a private equity growth lens Implement change and modernisation across systems, tech and team performance Mentor senior managers and set clear pathways for team development Who You’ll Work With You’ll work closely with a high-calibre leadership team including the MD of Residential Valuations.
