About the role
Outdoor World Rockingham is seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Rockingham, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
* Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external Clients
* Submit Shire approval applications
* Assisting with the coordination of meetings and appointments
* Supporting the management team with project-based work and special initiatives
* Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and inventory systems
* Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and MYOB
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
