Business Continuity
You will play a key role safeguarding our enterprise and branches across Australia and New Zealand by helping develop, execute, and oversee our Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
Main Responsibilities:
* Champion business continuity awareness and act as subject matter expert across the bank
* Implement Business Continuity Management Policy and standards
* Contribute to the completion and assurance of Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
* Plan and execute exercises at Business Unit and Enterprise level with the business continuity team
* Maintain key indicators for critical systems and monitor business continuity risk in accordance with the Risk Control Framework
* Evaluate IT systems resilience by monitoring IT Disaster Recovery (DR) testing outcomes; collaborate with IT teams to maintain effective plans; and integrate results into BCM reporting
* Assess third-party continuity plans to safeguard operations
To be successful you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in Business Continuity/Resilience Management
* Exposure to operations, production or technology environment within the financial services industry
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as CPS230
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop, build, and maintain relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
* Confidence to present to stakeholders in an engaging way
* Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Exposure to a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system highly regarded
* Certificate of BCI or equivalent relevant industry qualification highly regarded
