About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cross‐functional onboarding and service delivery team. You'll be the connective tissue between clinical operations, client experience, and internal systems making sure every client journey runs smoothly from first contact through to program completion.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll own the end‐to‐end delivery experience, drive process improvement, and build the operational backbone we need to scale. You'll work closely with clinical, technology, sales and marketing to ensure we're delivering exceptional care at scale and that our values show up in every interaction.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage a cross‐functional team spanning client onboarding, service coordination, and delivery operations
* Own the client journey from first nurse appointment through to program milestones, ensuring a seamless, supportive experience that reflects our commitment to our clients
* Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows and SOPs to support growth while maintaining service consistency across all clients and clinicians
* Monitor team performance through KPIs and reporting, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement
* Collaborate with clinical leadership to reduce administrative burden and protect clinician capacity for client care
* Partner with technology teams on system integrations and workflow automation
* Support compliance requirements
* Champion a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement where every team member has a voice
What We're Looking For
* 5–10 years' experience in operations management, service delivery, or a similar leadership role
* Proven track record of managing remote or distributed teams
* Experience leading cross‐functional teams where you've aligned people from different disciplines around shared outcomes
* Strong process orientation - you see a broken workflow and can't help but fix it
* Comfortable working with CRM systems, project management tools, and data‐driven decision‐making
* Excellent communication skills - you use plain language, get to the point, and can translate between different stakeholders
* A genuine belief that healthcare should be accessible, non‐judgemental, and person‐centred
* Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, or regulated service environments is a strong plus
Nice to Have
* Experience in a scaling startup or growth‐stage business
* Background in health services, allied health, or addiction/mental health sectors
