This is an opportunity for a hands‐on operator to lead two established Australian businesses, modernise their operations, and drive the next phase of growth alongside highly engaged owners.
You will inherit profitable, respected businesses with strong industry reputations and the autonomy to build systems, scale operations and unlock their next stage of potential.
The Businesses
You will lead two businesses operating in different sectors:
Manufacturing Business
A specialised manufacturer producing liquid botanical formulations and ingredients for therapeutic and consumer markets. The business operates from a purpose‐built facility and holds multiple regulatory licences that create a significant barrier to entry within the industry.
Industrial Products Business
A Sydney‐based company supplying specialised waterproofing and construction solutions used in major commercial and infrastructure projects across Australia.
Together the businesses employ a team of approximately 25 staff and generate multi‐million dollar revenues.
The Mandate
The next CEO will focus on modernisation, operational leadership and measured growth.
This is a build and improve role, not a turnaround.
Key priorities include:
* Modernising manufacturing operations and systems
* Building dashboards, KPIs and operational controls
* Strengthening financial visibility and reporting
* Driving practical digitalisation, automation and AI adoption
* Supporting organic growth and strategic acquisitions
* Introducing stronger sales and marketing capability
* Unlocking significant untapped revenue opportunities
* Exploring international expansion opportunities, particularly in Europe
There is substantial upside in sales, marketing and international markets that has not yet been fully developed.
You will work closely with the owners on strategy while taking full responsibility for execution and day‐to‐day leadership.
