We are partnering with a large infrastructure organisation looking for a Plumbing Maintenance Supervisor to deliver maintenance services across federal government sites, ensuring building services plant and equipment is reliable safe, compliant, and fully operational. The Role Lead and coordinate maintenance operations, optimising asset performance while leading and managing a team of 8-10 trades including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Handy people, as well as ensuring full compliance with best practice and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of up to 10 trades. You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million. Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives. Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems. Oversee contractor safety and compliance, including SWMS and adherence to the company’s Risk Protocols. Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs. Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required. Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication. Requirements: Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure a NV1 Clearance. Have a Cert III in Plumbing and a VIC plumbing License.
