This highly successful organisation, well established within the Construction industry, is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager during a time of transformation.
There are many exciting aspects to this role for the right HR leader:
- Leadership - you will be leading the day-to-day operations for the HR function. It is essential that you have well developed people leadership experience and enjoy bringing out the best in people.
- Enabler/capability development
- your remit will be to uplift the capability across operations. Your ability to support, coach and enable will be critical.
- Industrial and Employee Relations - you will be responsible for all aspects of Industrial and Employee relations - including providing advice and representing the organisation in EBA negotiations along with employee performance and grievance matters.
- Stakeholder engagement - this role will involve the incumbent taking an established workforce unused to change - on a journey towards 'best practice' and cultural uplift in capability. The right person for this role will have demonstrated experience in this area, with a long-game approach to supporting a workforce through change.
Please note, whilst there is an option for some hybrid working - this is a highly visible role with a regular requirement for regional travel.
