About the role:
- We are currently seeking an all-rounder in our office to provide primarily bookkeeping & administrative support skills for our Electrical Services in the Construction Industry.
- We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, confidence, and initiative, with the desire and resilience to take on a multitude of tasks. This is a small office, therefore multi-tasking across a variety of admin tasks is a necessary skill.

Tasks:
* General bookkeeping using MYOB.
* Process superannuation & long service leave.
* Maintain employee database.
* Record employee timesheets and process wages using MYOB.
* Update & maintain databases, scanning, filing, and other ad hoc duties.
* Direct and respond to emails.
* General office duties, e.g., office maintenance.
* Communicate effectively with co-workers.
* Subcontractor management.
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a similar role.
* Experience within the construction industry is preferable.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Dropbox, and Gmail.
* Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
* Exceptional MYOB skills.
