Urgent requirement of Insight Analytics with Python & R Skills, SQL - Contract - SydneyRequirementsWorking collaboratively in cross-functional Scrum teams with Product, Analytics and BB Remediation colleagues, you will be responsible for leveraging the Group's data assets to review risk issues and support end-to-end remediation of business customersDevelop analytical solutions using SQL, Python and R to improve risk-based outcomes for stakeholdersUndertake and automate data analytics across large datasets to identify customers requiring remediation and estimate financial impact to these customersYou will deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environmentDevelop data solutions to record remediation payment recordsPresent analytical insights to stakeholders up to the General Manager level to give advice to our business partners with dataUsing advanced business acumen, you will translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefings, analytical processes and outcomes which may be subject to external regulator reviewSupport peers with quality assurance (QA) reviews;Lead customer projects and initiatives by liaising with analytical and non-analytical business partners across the departmentDesigning & building continuous improvements that optimise the accuracy and effort for remediationsand regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant standardsFoster a positive team culture that encourages innovation, accountability and continuous improvement

• Required experience: Minimum 2+ years in Data Analytics or similar experience (e.g. actuary, pricing, or credit risk);Must have proven experience working with SQL to extract data from complex datasets.Extensive experience in using data driven analytics to develop dashboards, insights and recommendations;Ability to understand complex problems and take a structured approach using data-driven insights to solve;Experience with analytical tools and platforms such as R / Python and/or GitHub is preferred.Knowledge and experience in Banking (customers, products, systems, processes) is preferred;Experience with Agile tools and methodologies is preferred.Degree in relevant discipline (Actuarial, Statistics, Maths, Economics, Engineering or Sciences).
