Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Brisbane, QLD for an Insurance Broker. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for advising clients on the best insurance policies to meet their needs, processing claims, negotiating with insurers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves directly interacting with clients, conducting insurance assessments, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
* Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance
* Great sales skills
* Familiarity with Finance and Retirement Planning
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
* Relevant professional certifications or licenses are a plus
