About the Job
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Manage client relationships, including producing welcome emails and communicating with key stakeholders.
* Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in the contact centre.
2. Manage chat and email inquiries from advisers and clients.
3. Support adviser needs, including dealer group administration.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues is essential for this role.
Requirements
* Experience with superannuation or managed funds, and knowledge of insurance or banking products (desirable).
* Proven client service experience in a call centre environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
