Your new role
You'll take ownership of a client portfolio, managing both compliance and strategic advisory work. This is a leadership position with scope to influence the direction of the firm and build long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients
Delivering tax and compliance services
Providing strategic business advice and insights
Leading client meetings and building strong relationships
Mentoring junior staff and reviewing work
Contributing to process improvement and firm growth
Optional pathway to equity for the right candidate
What you'll need to succeed
CPA/CA qualified
Proven experience in public practice, ideally at Manager or Senior Manager level
Strong technical knowledge in tax and compliance
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
Leadership experience or potential
Interest in future equity (optional but welcomed)
