Key Responsibilities and Functions
* Provide administrative support and customer service duties for Council's Town Planning team.
* Assist in the preparation and processing of Planning documents.
* Maintain records and provide timely production of reports for Council.
* Act as a customer point of contact for Planning including Planning enquiries.
* Receive, assess, and initiate action on enquiries and requests.
* Manage and maintain databases.
* Research basic issues and prepare routine reports.
* Respond to routine correspondence on behalf of the Team.
While working in this role, you will also have opportunities to follow up on outstanding correspondence or reports and undertake action officer lists.
