Job Description
As the Regional Operations Manager (Corporate), you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across a region of GYG restaurants—leading, coaching, and developing a team of Senior Culinary & Operations Coaches and Culinary & Operations Coaches to deliver exceptional food, outstanding guest experiences, and strong commercial results.
You will translate state strategy into clear, consistent execution, build high‐performing teams, and ensure there is no compromising on food safety, quality, and operational standards.
Who You Are
* Experienced multi-site leader in QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage - you've led managers before.
* Passionate about delivering culinary excellence and high quality outcomes - you're willing to roll up your sleeves and execute.
* A natural coach who builds capability, holds teams accountable, and develops people for future roles.
* Commercially sharp – experienced in driving sales, labour and profitability outcomes.
* Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels.
* Experience translating strategy into operational execution across multiple locations.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A true GYG brand advocate who leads by example.
* Tech‐savvy across Microsoft Office, and quick to adopt GYG systems (Crunchtime, Workday, Tanda, etc.).
* Holds a valid Australian driver's licence with ability and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate.
* Knowledgeable on compliance: RSA, Food Safety, visa requirements, Awards/EAs, and WHS obligations.
