Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a top‑tier Legal 500 firm in Liverpool. This is a full‑time, permanent job offering an excellent salary between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Located in the heart of Liverpool, this job presents a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor with strong paralegal experience or a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE in dispute resolution. About the Role
This Litigation Solicitor job is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their dispute resolution career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The successful applicant will handle a wide range of contentious matters on behalf of a varied client base.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of litigation matters including general commercial disputes
* Acting for lenders in recovery matters
* Advising clients on insolvency‑related litigation
* Supporting senior fee earners on complex disputes
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
* Attending court hearings and client meetings
* Contributing to business development and the team’s ongoing success
Qualifications
This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE. The firm will consider newly qualified Solicitors with strong previous Paralegal experience in dispute resolution.
* Experience in litigation with an interest in lender‑based work, debt recovery and insolvency
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong drafting abilities and legal research capability
* A proactive and professional approach to client service
* Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
* Ambition to progress within a Legal 500 ranked firm
