Position Summary
As a ConstructionSupervisor at Summit Homes Group, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of modular home builds, ensuring each project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You'll coordinate trades, suppliers, and onsite teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and compliance with WHS and building standards. This role offers hands‐on experience, leadership development, and the opportunity to grow your career in construction management, balancing field supervision with systems and administrative responsibilities.
About You
You're an experienced construction professional with a strong trade background and previous experience supervising residential or modular builds. You have a proven ability to manage onsite teams, coordinate trades and suppliers, and deliver multiple projects safely, on time, and to high‐quality standards. You're confident making decisions onsite, solving problems as they arise, and maintaining compliance with WHS, QA, and Australian building codes. Excellent communication and people management skills allow you to lead diverse teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and foster a collaborative, motivated work environment. Highly organised and IT‐savvy, you balance hands‐on supervision with accurate reporting, documentation, and multi‐project coordination. Where you'll be working
This role will be based at our Canning Vale construction yard, with the Operations office located on the same site you will collaborate with operational and construction teams to bring projects to life.
