Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of the customer base
* Manage and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and complaints
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and implement account and portfolio plans to achieve financial and customer targets
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to executives and other stakeholders
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to change
* Ability to make a significant impact on business performance and team engagement and culture
* Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is highly desirable
* Skills in key areas such as relationship building, negotiation, and contract management
