Head Volleyball Coach

The Marion C. Early R-V School District, located in Morrisville, MO, is accepting qualified applicants for the position of Head Girls Volleyball Coach. MCE is a four‐day school week district conveniently located between Bolivar and Springfield, MO.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the volleyball program.
* Develop and implement effective training programs to improve individual and team performance.
* Collaborate with athletic department staff, parents, and community members to support the program's success.
Qualifications
* Previous volleyball experience.
* Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules.
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and recruit athletes into a new program.
* Bachelor's degree preferred; graduate degree preferred.
* Valid Missouri teaching certificate required; complete transcript of college credit must be on file before the beginning of each new school year.
