Accounts Receivable Specialist
An integral role in an award-winning dealership, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable function of the Company. In addition, you will also be an all-rounder who can perform additional tasks to support the financial, payroll and administration teams. Immediate start available.
* Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable
* Manage customer interactions regarding overdue accounts, including negotiating and monitoring repayment arrangements
* Process and credit check new account applications
* Maintain PPSR, record and discharge registrations
* Provide advice and support to internal teams on debt collection matters
* Process sundry debtor invoices
* Investigate payment discrepancies and process refunds and transfers
* Provide payroll support by accurately recording and checking time entries and leave applications
* Provide any required support to the financial team with bank account reconciliations
You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounts receivable and debt recovery. You bring a customer-focused approach to resolving any issues and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
You will have:
* Proven experience in debt collection and accounts receivable, ideally within a larger or complex organisation
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve sensitive issues professionally
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively to team culture and customer service excellence
