Business Development Manager
To drive growth in the AV industry, we seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. This role is instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning solutions within the AV ecosystem.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan focused on AV technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco.
* Expand and strengthen relationships with partners to drive co-sell and joint go-to-market initiatives.
* Drive account growth strategies, ensuring customer success through value-driven engagements.
* Lead negotiations, closing deals that align with revenue and business growth objectives.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AV Solutions based on client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams and Marketing representatives to design and deliver high-impact solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales roles within the technology sector, with a focus on AV Control Systems, Cisco Webex, Video Conferencing.
Experience selling or working with Microsoft, Cisco, cloud and security solutions is also essential.
