Role Overview: Our client Crisp Wireless is seeking a skilled Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network systems, including fixed wireless installations. Key Responsibilities: Install, align, and commission microwave radios and antennas at customer premises and WISP sites. Perform Point-to-Multipoint and Point-to-Point link setups for residential and commercial clients. Configure and install routers, switches, servers, and networking hardware. Ensure integration with Crisp Wireless core network infrastructure. Install and maintain DC power systems, UPS units, and solar arrays for remote sites. Verify battery backup systems and perform routine maintenance checks. Conduct routine tests to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose and resolve faults in wireless links, cabling, and network hardware. Replace defective components and manage parts procurement. Provide technical support, evaluate customer needs, and resolve complaints promptly. Requirements: Proven experience in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint wireless systems. Experience with routers, switches, servers, and networking hardware. Understanding of DC power systems, UPS, and solar backup systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
