The Opportunity
If you are an experienced, reliable and motivated supervisor with a proven track record in a similar role and a natural ability to lead a team, you are who we are looking for.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the national operations team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors constructing underground infrastructure.
You will be acting as the main liaison between subcontractors and the project team.
General Background and Minimum Requirements
We are looking for a team member who is experienced, reliable, self-managing, motivated and who possess strong communication, leadership and management skills.
* Seasoned experience Boring and drilling
* Considerable experience working in a telecommunication, contracting, construction or project environment
* Ensure that all Safety procedures/SWMS are in place and adhered to.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build robust trusting relationships with subcontractors.
* Proven contractor management experience
