Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice on employment tax matters, including audits and cross-border issues.
* Offer international assignment consulting and compliance services to multiple clients and matters.
* Prepare FBT returns using specialist software and review payroll tax returns.
* Develop FBT policies and procedures for employers and design share plans for executives and other levels.
* Collaborate with data experts to design automated tools and coach junior team members.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in a similar or complementary role.
* Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
* A proactive approach to client relationships and service development.
* Solid written and verbal communication skills.
* Degree qualification in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Law.
