We are a rapidly growing business and through our retail, online, and B2B channels, we offer a diverse range of high-quality equipment and apparel to customers across Australia. We’re now seeking a General Manager of Sales and Marketing to lead our customer-focused teams and take the business to the next level.
About The Role
As the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team, including Marketing, Customer Care, and B2B Sales. Your mission: drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure exceptional customer experience across all channels.
This key leadership role reports directly to the COO and is based full-time at our Caloundra office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies across online, retail, and B2B channels
* Lead and mentor the Marketing Team, Customer Care Team, and B2B Sales Team
* Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets
* Work with external service providers as part of our wider team
* Oversee digital marketing, campaign planning, brand development, and performance analytics
* Drive continuous improvement in customer experience across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing and sales initiatives with business objectives
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting for all areas under your leadership
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, ideally in omnichannel retail or similar
* Strong understanding of B2B sales, eCommerce, and customer service excellence
* Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a data-driven mindset
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Passion for the equine industry is a bonus – or at least an appreciation for the products and customers we serve
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing environment
