Reporting directly to our Global Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in:
- Own the development of new customer and prospect centric journeys, working alongside our Systems Administrator to build and bring these journeys to life.
- Coordinating targeted audience segmentation strategies, ensuring our digital campaigns are sharp and impactful
- Generating and analysing reports on CRM performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and elevate customer experiences
- Tailor and personalise our interactions with prospects and customers using data driven insights on customer behaviours, needs, and preferances.
- Optimisation of HubSpot Marketing Hub to ensure the platform is being utilised to its full potential
