The Position
In the role of Property Officer your responsibilities will include:
* Working alongside the Department Head
* Supporting the property management team in all aspects of property management
* Portfolio assistance as required
* Cover the property managers/leasing consultants on leave
* Assist the property management team with arrears and maintenance issues
* Managing ingoings, outgoings and routines
* Assisting the leasing team which can involve Saturday work
* Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople as first point of contact
* Ad hoc support to the senior property management team
* Scope to step up and manage your own portfolio of properties down the track
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Officer will have:
* Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Property Manager role is a MUST - A great attitude and willingness to learn is most important
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
* Immaculate personal presentation is essential
* Self-motivated, full of initiative and eager to learn and develop your real estate career
* Top notch attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
