They are seeking a commercially focused Commercial Analyst to support project delivery, working closely with the Commercial Manager and finance team to ensure accurate reporting, analysis, and project planning. Key Responsibilities: Provide financial analytics and commercial advice on complex project variations, claims, and their impact on returns and contractual obligations. Partner with the Commercial Manager and collaborate with management accounting to ensure alignment of financial and commercial outcomes. Oversee and contribute to the project month-end process, ensuring accuracy from a commercial perspective. Manage project budget planning and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance. Support the analysis of financial models to ensure project viability and alignment with key deliverables. Engage with key stakeholders, providing clear and strategic insights to guide project decisions. About You: A finance or accounting background (CPA/CA qualification ideal), with proven experience supporting complex construction projects. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate contracts, variations, and claims while delivering strategic advice. Experience working within project finance, management accounting, or commercial teams. Ability to analyze financial models and translate findings into actionable commercial insights.
