About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel and inventory exposure to step into a more analytical role. Working closely with internal teams, you will be responsible for tracking inventory, analysing stock data and supporting reporting processes to ensure accurate stock visibility across the business. This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data, identifying discrepancies, and improving processes.
Duties
* Monitor and track inventory levels across multiple locations
* Analyse stock data and generate regular reports
* Investigate discrepancies including missing or expired stock
* Support replenishment and stock movement processes
* Maintain accurate records within internal systems
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve inventory issues
* Assist with improving reporting processes and data accuracy
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in inventory analysis, supply chain or similar.
* Experience working within the medical device, pharmaceutical or wider healthcare industry would be ideal.
* Exposure to working closely with planning teams is advantageous.
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
* Comfortable working with large data sets and reports.
* High attention to detail and strong problem‐solving ability.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work 5 days a week on site.
