About The Role As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will be offered a permanent role gaining unique experiences and developing a well-rounded understanding of coal processing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Reducing unit operating cost per tonne and improving plant efficiency Upskilling processing plant personnel and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly production plans Working closely with production supervisors and processing plant teams to achieve cost and production targets Participating in site rotations to gain hands-on experience with plant operations and asset management Contributing to site improvement projects and innovative initiatives, including future-facing technologies such as coal-to-hydrogen projects You'll work closely with experienced engineers and operations teams who will guide your learning and development while contributing to the overall success of our processing operations. Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Metallurgical, Minerals Processing, Process, or similar) completed prior to commencement Committed to maintaining a safe work environment Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally What We Offer
