Supporting their ongoing success in the industry, a driven Assistant Site Manager is required to join their supportive team in Grong Grong, NSW. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, the Assistant Site Manager supports the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a high-volume grain receival and storage site. You will assist with daily coordination of receivals and outturn, grain quality and storage integrity, equipment upkeep, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with grain receival, outturn, and quality management Supervising and supporting permanent and seasonal staff Ensuring storage security checks and equipment maintenance Acting as site lead in the Site Manager’s absence Supporting site safety, Zero Harm practices, and hazard reporting Skills & Experience Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role Strong communication skills with diverse workforces Strong career motivation and willingness to learn new skills A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights (Essential) Ability to work extended hours and night shifts during harvest periods (Nov – Jan) The Benefits: Joining a close-knit / supportive team, this role offers considerable industry experience and a chance to further your career with a leading Australian agribusiness.
