Internal IT manager for private organisation, supports team members, customer service to stakeholders

**Your new role**
The Internal IT Manager role sits within the Service Support Team and works alongside the
Service Manager. This role will initially work closely with the Managing Director to offload
responsibilities.
As the Internal IT Manager, you will understand the demands of the position, be a champion
of our vision and values, support team members and deliver outstanding customer service to
internal and external stakeholders. The Internal It Manager will monitor and maintain the
network and systems used internally. This role is expected to achieve project KPI's
and provide ownership and accountability for internal IT with exceptional
communication with all areas of the business. This role will manage process not people.
**What you'll need to succeed**
5 years+ experience within internal IT Support, ideally in
private enterprise. The following criteria must be met:
- Qualification and experience
- Tertiary level qualification, and
- Five years+ experience in internal IT support
Working knowledge/Experience
- Windows support and troubleshooting experience - Windows 7- 10
- Networking fundamentals knowledge, CCNA or equivalent knowledge
preferred
- MS Active Directory/Exchange/SQL
- Virtualisation - VMware (preferred)/HyperV/AHV(preferred)/KVM
- Experience with Connectwise Manage and Connectwise Automate
- Experience in Azure and networking fundamentals would be advantageous
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
**Applicants do not require a security clearance for this role, however, must be eligible to
obtain a baseline clearance and ESC if required. Organisation will arrange sponsorship if a security
clearance or ESC are necessary**
