An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and motivated Senior Ethics Advisor to join our team and contribute to the University's ongoing commitment to responsible and ethical research practice.

What you'll do
As the Senior Ethics Advisor, you will play a key role in the administration and continuous improvement of UniSQ's research ethics processes. You will:
* Coordinate and support the operations of University Ethics Committees, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, committee protocol support and completion of post-meeting actions.
* Manage and monitor committee memberships to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and legislative requirements.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to staff and students in preparing ethics applications, amendments and reports.
* Develop and deliver training for Ethics Committee members and University researchers based on legislation, policy and ethics guidelines.
What will help you succeed
We are seeking a candidate who:
* Holds a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, with subsequent relevant experience, or has equivalent knowledge gained through education/training and experience.
* Demonstrates experience in effective committee management, including high-level support to committee chairs and members.
* Has strong analytical, research and documentation skills, with the ability to draft reports, briefing papers and professional correspondence.
* Possesses excellent data management skills and the ability to interpret information and implement recommendations.

Salary: Total remuneration range $119,378 to $132,004 pa (includes salary range of $100,677 to $111,325 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
