Deliver top-tier accredited training services at Flight Centre Travel Group as part of an integrated model, reporting to the Leader for Accredited Training. Your role will go beyond standard pathways, driving engagement and integration into FCTG's business practices. Ensure that all training, assessments, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and adhere to Registered Training Organisation standards. Day to day you will
* Inspire and support participants in elevating their skills with our accredited training programs that boast high engagement and progression rates.
* Be the voice of our participants by delivering valuable insights and feedback to management and stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement.
* Ensure seamless adherence to compliance standards set by Government departments, AASN, and RTOs, guaranteeing a top‐notch learning environment.
* Use your expertise to deliver blended learning experiences, captivating audiences through workshops, virtual tours, and classroom activities across diverse subject matter.
* Engage participants in virtual settings with tech-based collaboration tools, coordinating breakout rooms and facilitating clear communication for smooth program delivery.
* Elevate leaders and SMEs by providing them the tools and knowledge to effectively share their expertise, driving team growth and knowledge transfer.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance products and processes with your industry knowledge, ensuring exceptional experiences for both internal and external customers.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have
* Minimum 5 years' leadership experience
* Passion for learning and developing others
* Facilitation and training experience is highly desirable
* Demonstrated ability to confidently build multi‐level relationships from novice to senior leaders
* Strong track record in analysing problems, strategising and deploying improved/timely solutions
* Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Ability to travel depending on program needs
* Be willing to work flexible hours from time‐to‐time in support of program delivery
