About The Role
Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced and professional Administration Coordinator to support our Global Product Management Team, based at our Perth Branch. Reporting to the General Manager – Product Management, in this role you will assist in budget preparation, reporting, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management support
Key Responsibilities
* Address internal and external customer enquiries
* Updating and maintaining databases and systems
* Assists in the preparation of annual MIN PM CAPEX / OPEX budgets and administers CAPEX re-quests
* Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures for the MIN Product Management Team.
* Coordinates site mobilisations, enters and processes travel requests / travel itineraries and compiles / processes expense claims.
About You
* Cert IV in relevant discipline OR
* At least 3 years relevant administrative experience
* High attention to detail and effective communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
* Identification and resolution of potential issues
* Analytical skills
* Customer service skills (advanced)
