Oversee and manage maintenance activities at our Springwood Terrace Care Community in Springwood.

About the role:
* Location: Springwood Terrace Care Community
* Full-Time, Monday - Friday
* Shift hours: 7am – 3pm

Role responsibilities and requirements:
* Experience in facilities or accommodation management
* Trade qualifications in Construction, Electrical, or Plumbing are desirable but not essential
* Ongoing building and equipment maintenance
* Coordination with external contractors
* Lawn and garden maintenance as needed
* Management of Fire Safety and Evacuation Procedures
