We are committed to safety, excellence, and a zero-harm culture on all our sites. The Role: We are seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to join our FIFO NSW operations on a 2:1 roster. You will provide technical expertise and advisory support to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards while promoting a zero-harm culture. You will support supervisors, workforce, and subcontractors on-site. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Shadbolt HSE Management System and client-specific HSE procedures. Support preparation and review of SWMS, JHAs, risk assessments, and permits. Identify site hazards, assess risks, and recommend controls. Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and verify personnel competencies. Support environmental compliance, audits, and pollution prevention measures. Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures. What We’re Looking For: Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline. WHS certifications (White Card, NEBOSH, Cert IV WHS) mandatory. 3–5 years’ experience in HSE advisory/support roles on construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance reporting. Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, organised, and adaptable in dynamic site environments.
