The Administration Accounts Officer Maternity Cover role is a temporary position that will support the QLD and Northern NSW region. This opportunity will start in early January 2026 and continue until September 2026, with the chance to transfer to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for timely processing of monthly accounts reporting and reconciliations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Timely processing of monthly accounts reporting & reconciliations
* Maintenance and administration of office systems such as Health & Safety System and Quality System in conjunction with the Office Manager
* Running of the office including supplies mail calls messages couriers photocopying binding and general office maintenance
* Documentation of key meetings such as audits health and safety meetings and team meetings
* Organisation of key communications and events for staff
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration and accounting skills, with proficiency in data entry, compliance, customer service, negotiating skills, listening skills and computer system management. Experience in AS400, Journal Entries, Powerpoint, General Ledger Accounting and Payroll would be an advantage.
